« Previous   Next »

Objective of this milestone: Get your new home project underway

Note: You are not making any commitment by using this project planner. There is no cost or obligation. No information is sent to Jandson unless you choose to send it, for example to ask for more details.

1. Select project type and design

Select the type of project you want to carry out. Click here for more information about the types of project we can provide.

Select the design. Click here to browse the gallery of available designs and styles.

2. Budget and finance

Discuss the project with a Jandson consultant. In order to prepare the initial tender to suit your budget, we need to investigate and talk about —

  • Site: Location, characteristics, and access are all be relevant to the requirements and costs of the project.
  • Options: With all our designs there are alternative finishes, elevations, and configurations for you to choose from.
  • Inclusions: Choose the inclusion package that suits your style and budget.

3. Commitment and approximate timetable

When you're happy with the plan and budget, we can prepare the initial tender and preliminary agreement. Paying the preliminary agreement fee sets the wheels in motion.

Select the date on which you'd like the project to start, to get an estimate of when you'll be able to move in to your new Jandson home. This is only a very rough estimate! These timings are typical for this kind of project, based on our long experience; but there are many factors that can influence the timing one way or the other. Council deliberations, weather, and site characteristics can all play a big part.
