All Jandson homes are completed fully fitted out and equipped, ready to move in. The Classic inclusions come as standard: the range provides everything you need for a convenient, comfortable, fully-functional home. If your budget can go a little further, choose the Vogue or Deluxe inclusions for an extra level of luxury and style.

Hot water service: Dux Proflo quick recovery gas storage hot water service (135 litre to three bedroom homes and a 170 litre to four bedroom homes). If gas is not available, an alternative, energy efficient hot water service (other than a standard electric hot water service) may be needed to meet BASIX requirements.
